My thoughts are very much with all those suffering at the moment from respiratory problems and painful lungs. And so my next Hildegard series is all about air.
aer enim volat 1 – sharing the air
aer enim volat et cum omnibus creaturis officia sua exercet et firmamentum eum sustinet ac aer in viribus istius pascitur
the air truly flies and, like all creatures, does its duty. And the firmament supports it and the air feeds in that strength
